Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing and customizing our in-house applications for multiple commodities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and meticulously document minutes
• Analyze business requirements, evaluate impact, and design effective solutions
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and secure stakeholder approval
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
• Track project milestones, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct rigorous Functional Testing and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare detailed user manuals and deliver training to end-users
• Provide Level 1/2 support to users, ensuring smooth operation of business applications
• Participate in additional projects as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within a global or multi-national organization
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
